Could You Be A Bully

Physical violence and mental violence can have an impact on a human for a life time.

Often the bully is a person who one might think is the kindest and most caring person in the world. Portraying to others as a sweet person in their work enviorment or even with their family. Often the community inwhich they live, they are often known as ,what a great person.

Personally growing up in a community, I knew an individual who went out of their way to do acts of kindness to so many. Yet when that individual was home or in a bar, they turned into the most cruel person you could have ever known.

Substance abuse or alcohol can have a major impact on those who are bullies but sometimes it has nothing to do at all.

Jealousy can also have a major impact on an individual becoming a bully. Even the know it all, the one who knows everything and your always wrong is a true bully. If they are not right in your eyes, they will bully their way into being one at all costs.

Yet would one know if they are a real bully, or would they think it was a normal way to act- This could be conflicting especially if they were raised in a home where they were acting exactly like the way they were raised to act.

Kindness Verses Bullying

I know there are times I think over things I could have done or said differently. I also wish I could have said something differently ,or even maybe I should have thought about it a little more before saying something I regretted later,

The true bully just keeps going on and doing the same thing with no remorse. They do not feel they have done wrong, even after a police officier has come to break up a domestic dispute, or even worse physical violence.

Why Did I Write About This Article

Bullying has become so bad in our schools today, all ages and sex. The acts of violence is terrible.

Not only in the school but also in the home. Children are terrified to tell someone, or they think it is the way they deserve to be treated. They have an excuse as to why they have a mark or a scrape. Oh I fell, I hit myself coming down the stairs.

Young minds, young sweet children, teens and even adults cover for others out of fear. Many times they are afraid for their lives

I have wrote about this as I know what it was like to be bullied as a small child in school. Never fitting in, or I fit in and found out I only did so they could belittle me and it ruined my confidence and self esteem.

I worked in a mall for a few years in my life and I seen several who served their time in jail-maybe six months(sex offenders). Only to return to the mall and sit and looking at young woman or young man. It was rather frightening to think if they acted again.

I feel they should not return to the mall, they should have a longer penalty where they are put through extensive mental health treatments, before they can ever come back out into the community and that they should always be monitored.

Love Not War

Be kind, seek help no matter what. If it is a family member that is bullying you or a teacher, or anybody seek help. Tell someone right away.

Do not allow anyone to hurt you mentally or physically. Teach your children to tell the truth, to know they are safe and can share anything with you.

If you are an adult and afraid your partner might leave you, they are not worthy of you. You deserve so much better and it will only get worse.

If you think by protecting someone and know they are a real bully or even worse a sex offender, stop now. You are no different then they are. Seek help right now.

I really care about you, you are very important and it is okay to tell a secret. At any costs life can be so beautiful. Protect the young and old no matter what.

You Are In Charge

You are number one.

You are allowed to enjoy life and have fun.

Do not let anyone make you feel less.

Remember you are the best.

If you feel defeated and have been knocked down.

Seek help and rise up and off the ground.

So many places you can call any time of day.

Reach for them now, they want to hear what you have to say.

Please call crisis support lines or mental health numbers near you.
