Halloween Eve
From pumpkin carving, to candy making too.
Traditions are made, dreams come true.
Photos of yesterdays past.
In your hearts they will forever last.
As new beginnings are about to embrace.
Children in costumes, a few painted face.
Fudge making and candy apples too.
What about making up some witches brew.
Watching the children in costumes parade, at the school.
A spiderman, a clown and even a ghoul.
Hearing the joy as they walk by.
Photography taken with a great big “Hi”.
The evening begins ,ready for a trick or treat.
Parents, grandparents dressing up too, is rather neat.
I personally love being a kitty cat or dog.
I have even attempted being a frog.
Watching the smiles as the candy goes in the bag.
Its time to return home, very a tired leg.
The joy of the day, the evening too.
