Busy Hands — Positive Minds

Today was a very productive day. Although I slept in I was able to make it in time to learn from Stampin With Vicki on how to make cards.

Now due to COVID 19 and the Lockdown, I have decided to make cards and send them out especially to those who live alone, or in some cases are in the hospital (nursing homes) to cheer them up a bit. Letting them know I care

Organizing my Poetry Book

I write a poem daily. Today I even sketched more pictures to add to a few of my poems.

I searched the internet and have come to the conclusion that I want to publish with amazon. I am working on the title page and the name, knowing something is coming close to publishing is a feel great moment.

Vocal.com- The challenge I had to do today was write about a first date with a nice glass of Merlot wine, now this was interesting. With lockdown I made it a on line first day. Waiting for the review to come back but I enjoy Challenges and the opportunity of writing for them.

ViewBug — If your interested in photography, this is another place you might like to visit or join. I have been a member for a lot of years. Won several awards, the best thing of it all is seeing some of the most amazing photography shots taken by people from all around the world.

Pinterest — My go to spot, this week I planted Marigold seeds, saving my Tim Horton coffee cups, I now have 8 plants growing. I do this because I love to see things grow.

I also joined a Bird group over the weekend — very informative information. We have a lot of birds I don’t even know why they are showing up in our yard as well as in the city. The White Owl is still sticking around which is rather strange — close to the river banks. The barred owls are here to stay and we have plenty only twenty minutes away.

Walks are wonderful — even little ones just to soak up some Vitamin D and feel great.

Now we all know learning something new everyday prevents us from Heart Disease — also helps us with our memory.

I am curious as to what kind of things do you enjoy doing”?

I love learning from others and can’t wait to hear from you.

Please feel free to share anything — from books you love to read, books you have written, Photography, new things we would all love to hear about.

Also — does anyone do rock painting. Send me a phtoto so I can share. Send me a picture to my email
