Never Mind The Carbon Tax

“Prime Minister Trudeau”

Walk in the life of an Ontarian, walk along the downtown cores of the city.

Give up the clothes on your back, and walk a winter night just looking for something warm to drink or a place to sleep. Imagine you had a home, your children had rooms to sleep in, your cupboards were full.

All to give it up because of the cost of rent, and the loss of a job. Or your job just can’t pay all the bills.

Worst of all a serious Mental illness that only gets worse as wonderful people (Canadians) who may have voted for you. Real people who did not ask for this to happen, did not ask to live in a tent, or on a cold pavement.

What is the biggest concern, is it the carbon tax?

Imagine living here. To come back to where you slept and everything is gone.

As I watched you on the television you called out the province of Ontario, yelling let’s build more houses. Well before you do that, why not see what the crisis in our Country is?

We may have a problem with our environment, climate change. Not to the degree of other problems. Everyone out there is someone’s son or daughter. Imagine if they were your family.

It’s time to take care of the people in our Country first, their needs are to be taken care of. From homes, jobs, medical care and so much more.

It’s so easy to make decisions in an office but when you walk the path that so many are, even those who have two paychecks. The reality is real, There is a war in your own Country and you can make a big difference,

Our health system is in crisis and lacks there are of doctors and nurses. They are in crisis with beds in the hall as the hospital can’t get any bigger as the population grows. ( more houses)

How about houses, geared to income? How about shelters with care to help those who need medication,

The list goes on and on.

Dont judge without being one of us, dont assume we need more houses, Who is going to buy them? No one can afford them and pay for groceries.

How will the youths of today ever own a home?

The list could just keep going on, but do me a favour, Visit, and see for yourself what Canada needs.

Thank goodness for the mental health resources we have but is it enough?

Dont judge without having facts. Dont blame when the real truth is right in front of us.
